A minimum order is one quarter of hanging beef carcass.  A complete whole carcass on the average weighs approximately 800-850 pounds, so a typical quarter is approximately 200-220 pounds.  After trimming, deboning, and shrink, packaged take-home beef will be about two thirds of that weight.  You will need about 2.5-3.0 cubic feet of freezer to store a quarter beef.

Our current price is $2.50 which includes the meat, processing, and packaging, Shipping charges are extra if your meat is going to be shipped to you instead of picking it up.

A NONREFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT OF $100 FOR EACH QUARTER SHARE IS REQUIRED FOR PURCHASE AGREEMENTS.  THE BALANCE IS DUE ON THE MEAT ONE WEEK PRIOR TO PICKUP.  PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING IS DUE TO THE LOCKER AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING.
